four thousand weeks
I'm having a couple of shortbread cookies and a big mug of hot lemon water. I'm still feeling under the weather, but slowly coming around. It's the first sugary thing i've eaten since getting a cold last weekend.
I started watching Woman of the Hour earlier, but paused it to finish making dinner. The opening scene is quite gruesome/chilling. Idk why but thriller movies set in the 70's have a particular aesthetic i really like. Going to finish watching it later in bed.
I put the finishing touches on my zine today and added it to the shop! I had so much fun making this one on NYE <3

I'm waiting for three library books to arrive:
The world of analog: a visual guide by Deyan Sudjic.
Wim Wenders: instant stories: 403 Polaroids with 36 stories by Wim Wenders.
The Polaroid Project: at the intersection of art and technology. I'm oh so excite to read all of these. They're in transit and i can hardly wait.
The average human life is only four thousand weeks. I read this somewhere this morning and have been thiking about it all day.

I've been going down a film camera rabbit hole lately and i'm really enjoying Lucy Lumen's vids.
SISSI LU'S One Year Polaroid Journey is so inspiring, and it's giving me ideas about how to approach my own instant film pilgrimage.
Bernie Kaminski, who has a penchant for 80's Letterman, New York City, and anything retro, makes papier-mâché art that resembles everyday objects. Fun interview!
