lately in my hobonichi weeks

I've been playing in my new planner a bit and trying to get a feel for it. I love how compact it is. It's easy to bring with me everywhere. Although simultaneously, I feel a bit cramped in it, writing-wise. I'm forced to write small, and I tend to like a bit more room.

I wanted to do a bit of light memory keeping in it, but I might refrain from that and keep it for to-dos and appts. I also initially wanted to input some health tracking but I think I might leave the health info in my Apple Journal. It's easier to look things up, but I'm still undecided.

It's little me on the inside cover hehe.

I'm trying out a few things, including adding little photos to my monthly spread. I came across this vid by Reytorra, and she makes the cutest template that fits your monthly and weekly spreads.

I have letter-sized photo sticker paper at home, and it was fun trying it out. I'm not sure if I'll continue with them, but I'm having a good time seeing what feels good.

I was also wondering if the pens I have are archival or not, because I want the contents of this little book to last a century, and so, of course, I made a list 🤓

Journaling and playing in a paper book is such a relaxing, comforting hobby.

Just made a tea, and about to watch a new fav vlogger, Christine, check out some cozy cafes in Gilford, Ontario. I love finding local peeps :)
