journaling with cards + getting back into daily drawing
Trying to get back into the daily habit of doodling in my notebook. After everything that's happened in the last month, my creative hobbies are slowly coming back. I like sharing my process, but taking photos in this basement is a real challenge with no light. I'm in a dungeon!

I feel kinda rusty, but it's nice to draw a bit with my morning coffee.

I love the mini zine format. I've played around with other size formats, but I always come back to this one. It's easy to make, no staples required. And i love how you can open them up and find a little drawing/more writing tucked inside. They're easy to carry around with you so you can leave them around town if you want.

Journaling Q's
How can I practice creating balance between logic & intuition?
How can I respond calmly in high-intensity situations without reacting impulsively or suppressing my emotions?
Is there a situation right now where I need to firm up my boundaries?
Am I holding back my true feelings behind a mask of "shoulds"?

I've decided to stop looking for apartments/jobs in Toronto and focus on looking for something in the veritable country. I feel like I'm embarking on a new era of life. Excited to see where it takes me <3

heart-ons
I visited The Black Rabbit in Port Hope yesterday, and she had opera dusters. Do i need this in my life? Does one lounge in this à la Stevie Nicks? The lady who owns this perfect little shop had the most gorgeous long flowing grey hair and wore one of these. She's definitely the neighborhood witch, and I wish I could befriend her.
