Working remotely
The thing about working remotely is that you never quite feel part of the team.
Most of my colleagues work on-site, while a few are permanently remote, including myself.
I don’t know. The banter and email camaraderie between them doesn’t seem to extend to the other half of us working at home. Maybe I’m overanalyzing things, and I just need to get out more.
I do love working from home, and not having to commute is golden, but it comes at a certain cost, as most things do.
