Books, a zine, and an icy drink
Went for breaky this morning with a friend then hit the bookstore.
Terminal Boredom by Izumi Suzuki:
I’ve never read her before, but when I scanned the jacket, it said: “dark and slightly absurdist, a collection of poignant ruminations on the despair and isolation of modern society”…it piqued my interest, so I grabbed it.
New zine from Billy:
Went for a hike and am now back home, greeted by a full-blast AC which feels divine after being in the heavy heat.
Books, an icy drink, and an open afternoon.
‘Twas a fine day off.
